Twelve Years imprisonment for a teenager.

IPID Concerned about criminals being killed.

Dr Js Moroka municipality, lost R4.8 million in unlawful procurement in 2019.

The Former Dr JS Moroka Municipality Manager Nelson Thammy Kubheka was sentenced by the Mpumalanga Specialised Commercial Crimes Court for violating the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA).   The court gave Kubheka an option of paying a fine of R50,000 or be given two year prison sentence, along with an additional two years of imprisonment, wholly suspended for five years, provided he is not convicted of similar offences during that period. Kubheka faces 36 counts of charges which includes fraud, theft, and contravention of the MFMA act in the year 2019 when he unlawfully appointed six service providers, which resulted in R4.8 million loss for the municipality. The court found that proper procedures for procurement were not followed, leading to the overspending.

Botswana's High Commissioner to India, Gilbert Mangole, gave a clarity, speaking on Radio Botswana. Mangole confirmed that Molapisi's appeal is still pending and the execution date is not yet set to take place. In the year 2022, January, 23, at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Molapisi was arrested after authorities found her with over 3kg of a heroin. Bangladeshi court sentenced her to death in May 2024 for drug trafficking charges.
