Unannounced visit lead to the death of a partner.

An officer allegedly kills girlfriend and injured the man he found her with.

The Reports suggest that Constable SW Xolo, who is stationed at POP Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal visited his girlfriend unannounced in Margate while off duty. 

Upon his arrival at her home, he found her with another man. 

It is alleged that he shot and killed his girlfriend and injured the man she was with, who survived and was hospitalized. 

Constable Xolo later drove back to Port Shepstone where his vehicle collided with a truck, resulting in minor injuries to the truck driver and a pedestrian fatality, while Constable Xolo was critically injured.
