Woman arrested after planning a kidnapping of her employer!

The police have arrested five suspect for kidnapping and vehicles seized.







The officials received an information about a South African woman arranging for her employer to be kidnapped and be forced to transfer R3-million from her business account. 










The investigators of the case applied for A section 252A and the application was submitted and approved by the authorities then two people where recruited by the authorities and they where given recording audios and spy cameras so that they catch everything on record.















The members drafted the operation plan and various stakeholders were called for an  operation. The family of the victim and the bank was informed of the planned kidnapping so that they co-operate.



A “mock kidnapping” was carried out as planned, and the target gave instructions to agents to transfer money to the bank “ghost account” opened. An amount of R 50 000 was transferred to the “agent’s ghost account,”and a fake balance of R1.4 million was sent to the target via whatsapp.



The target arranged that her boyfriend take agents to people who will be able to draw large amount from the bank.



The meeting was arranged at Melrose Arch where the four men agreed to withdraw funds and take their forty percent commission. 



The four suspects were placed under arrest for conspiracy to kidnap and extortion.Three vehicles were seized and ten cellphones. One South African national ,two Ugandan and a Malawian citizen were detained.
