Gog Thwala is accusing an alleged EFF lawyer of scamming her.

A video surfaced online where an old granny accuses an alleged EFF lawyer, Zuko Madikane of scamming and defrauding the 81 year old woman more than R100 000.

Thwala breaks down as she narrates the story and says she opened the case but didn't receive any help from the law enforcement.

It is alleged that Madikane is currently out on bail for another fraud case where he defrauded another businessman besides news cafe owner of R200 000.
