Penny Ntuli turns down lucrative job offer to stay loyal to Jozi FM

Penny Ntuli turned down a lucrative job offer to remain loyal to Jozi FM, where she feel at home and supported. 

Despite receiving a tempting offer, Penny chose to stay with Jozi FM after the CEO, uBab Njomane, gave her the autonomy to make the decision. 

She appreciated the patience and efforts of uBab Njomane, who went out of his way to accommodate her, even booking her into a hotel and providing transportation. 

Penny said she prioritize loyalty and support over financial gain.

She expressed her gratitude for the opportunity Jozi FM provided her to be on air Monday to Friday, which has contributed to her becoming an award-winning radio personality. 

She credits her success to the exposure and experiences she gained while working at Jozi FM. 

Despite the tempting job offer, Penny decided to stay, citing her desire to continue her journey with Jozi FM and her reluctance to abandon the valuable platform that has played a significant role in her career development.
